I always forget to sell my textbooks after each semester is over. It also doesn’t help that my college bookstore’s buyback rates are unimpressive. So I did some research online and found Textbookwheel.com which claims to offer the highest prices on used books. They even pay for shipping so I sent out three books on June 11th to try it out. At that time, I did not think I would need any insurance or delivery confirmation since I was “sure that it would make it’s way there.”
Well it’s been a little more than three weeks but Textbookwheel.com’s status for my order still says “awaiting shipment” which is making me more and more worried. Now I have learned my lesson that when sending out packages that’s worth more than $20, I should always get (at least) delivery confirmation. But thinking positively, I really hope they received the shipment but have not started processing yet, hence the “awaiting shipment” status.
Plus, it is shipped using Media Mail which supposedly takes the longest…
Edit:
Brandon, you are right, Media Mail does take super long. They contacted me today and said they have received my shipment. ![]()
