It's been >2 yrs since I started managing this site, and I have always wanted to take us to the next level. Unfortunately, my studies/career have always hindered me from devoting more time to the site. I apologize for our hiatus. Since my schedule isn't too rigorous this year, I decided that now is the best time to revive the site/forum. Thus,

What To Expect (A Preview)

New DomainWe have been operating under
Lisa's domain for way too long. After 4 yrs since the site's inception, I felt that it was time to move on. Therefore, I have purchased a new domain to house the new site and forum. We will still operate as the entity
Yuna Ito ONLINE / Endless Journey Forum. As much as I am itching to share the new url, the new site is not yet ready to be released to the public. We are working hard to get everything prepared!
Tentative Main Site Re-Launch Date: 1/16. The forum will be re-launched approx 1-2 wks after the main site (see below for more details).
Since I am having trouble getting in touch with
Lisa, the site/forum will remain here as is for now...

New WebmistressI have finally found a suitable successor:
akemilove. Some of you may know her as the owner for the LJ community @
http://community.livejournal.com/yuna_ito/. Possessing a passion for Yuna, as well as being knowledgeable in coding and graphic designing to boot, I felt that she would be perfect for this position. Moreover, her character is commendable, as it takes much more than talent to run a successful site. Please join me in welcoming her in this challenging and exciting role! *throws confetti*
To clarify, I will continue to serve in the new position as
Site Owner/Webmistress, overseeing the site and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Although I cannot be active, I will remain on standby for assistance and addressing major issues.

I have invited
angel-ayu to be a critical player in
Project UNITE. She and I have joined forces to re-archive all of Yuna's videos to create THE LARGEST YUNA ITO VIDEO ARCHIVE ON THE WEB. Although I have not worked with
angel-ayu much in the past, I do not regret my decision to bring her into this project. Just from working with her in the past couple wks, she has shown herself to be a hard worker who's not afraid of challenge. Believe it not, it was actually she who promoted me to
Co-Admin on the forum long ago.

Love Addict together will manage the new gallery, which will become THE LARGEST YUNA ITO GALLERY ON THE WEB. (*ahem* Do you sense a theme? lolz) Regrettably, we are unable to directly transfer the files from the old gallery @

angel-ayu has been uploading like a fiend the past several days that we now have nearly 1,500 items in the new archive. (She really did it all herself!! *applauds*)
I also want to commend
Love Addict for her awesome graphics designing up to now. I seriously wouldn't have known what to do without her since my graphics skills are zilch.
Thank you for never complaining about my requests and for always being there. You're such a sweetheart! Love Addict will be the graphics designer for the gallery, while
akemilove will design graphics for both the main site and forum.
Last but certainly not least,
Seirya will continue to offer her wonderful translation services to the best of her ability. She requests to leave the main translator position open as she cannot commit wholeheartedly due to her university studies. If you think you qualify for this position, please contact me. I am sure the whole community cannot express their gratitude for her work up to now. She is not only a key member of the team, but also a great comrade with a warm, gentle spirit. I don't think I can bear to lose her since it's very difficult to find a capable translator with a great attitude.

Forum UpgradeAs mentioned above, the forum will be migrated to the new server approx 1-2 wks after the main site re-launches. In addition, we plan to upgrade the forum software to phpBB3. Please note that there is the chance that we MAY have to start over from scratch as I have never migrated forum databases before. The forum will also be restructured to become a more efficient and attractive community center for Yuna fans worldwide.
